SuperSlots.ag is one of the newest entries to the online gambling/betting market, launched in 2020. However, that doesn't mean that the leadership or technology is new — Super Slots is involved with the same group behind BetOnline, Wild Casino, and Sports Betting, controlled by CEO Eddie Robbins III.

Super Slots is pretty similar to other options from Robbins III, but it's also unique in the way it's presented and how it's run. Through Super Slots, you can access slots, blackjack, table games, video poker, and a live casino, meaning that there's a decent variety of things to do. So, with a dedicated team and some experience in the community, let's explore Super Slots in this Super Slots review.

Who are Super Slots?

As we've mentioned, Super Slots is one of the newest entries into the online gaming market, although a new entry does not run it. Instead, the company's About Us page has Super Slots' team having had significant presences in the online gaming market since 1991, although Super Slots itself launched a full twenty years later.

Super Slots itself positions itself, obviously, pretty heavily as a slots website. Customers can deposit and withdraw their money without giving any verification documents. They're decently well off on that category, offering hundreds of slots with unique designs — however, that also means that they've put a bit less time and effort into the website. That's likely thanks to Super Slots being a) what seems to be the newest from the company behind BetOnline and b) a very similar website to some of Robbins' other services. Nonetheless, Super Slots still sticks out in its ways.

What do Super Slots Offer?

Super Slots currently offers online slots for real money, blackjack, table games, video poker, and the live casino. It's a pretty varied option, but there's a lot of similarity between Super Slots and Wild Casino's related website. That's likely because it is cheaper to reuse the same framework and design everything differently. 

Nonetheless, Super Slots' services are also pretty good. There's a good variety of options for you, and they're all pretty well-made. With hundreds of slots games, over a dozen blackjack games, several dozen table games (mind you, more than other affiliated sites), a few video poker games, and quite a few live casino games, a lot is going on. 

What are Super Slots?

It's not too unexpected that Super Slots' biggest category is the one that's in its name: slots. While Super Slots doesn't disclose specific numbers, and there are quite a few hundred to count, estimates put Super Slots' slots collection between 300 and 400 games.

That's pretty impressive, especially considering that the platform went live just in 2020. Of course, there's a bit of overlap with other BetOnline-Esque platforms, but it's still great to see so many games together, in one place.

Alongside each game, by clicking it, you'll be greeted with a landscape drawing, the name of the slots, the number of reels and rows, a description, then the game's volatility. That's for all 300+ games, and it's a great way to see what you're getting into, also getting a great judge of just how volatile these games can be. It'll help you choose your risk tolerance alongside finding precisely what you want to play.

In addition, you'll also see the company/developer/publisher behind the game. For example, from the thumbnails for the games, I can immediately see Betsoft, one of the best-known gaming developers. Of course, there are dozens of smaller publishers and developers on the list, too, although all you see is their logo. Even still, there's a great variety of well-themed slots made by a well-known developer on a decent website.

What is Super Slots Blackjack?

Alongside slots, Super Slots offers blackjack. Currently (from my computer at the time of writing this), the website provides twelve unique blackjack games/tournaments. There are a few tournaments, cash prizes, and quite a bit more.

Like with Super Slots' slots, blackjack comes with a landscape image when clicking on it and the volatility. While there's not a description (which would be nice when dealing with multiple types of blackjack), the inclusion of volatility is still pretty good.

That's pretty good, especially considering it beats out a few of its related websites, which is weird but welcomed.

What are Super Slots Table Games?

Super Slots' table games are pretty varied. There's a mixture of roulette, craps, table blackjack, table poker, and other tables. It's pretty impressive, although twelve of them are the blackjack tables that were listed right above. Still, you're looking at a total of 36 games, even with 12 of them being blackjack.

There are eight roulette games, two craps games, twelve blackjack games, eight table poker games, two versions of war, two of baccarat, a game of three-card rummy, and finally, draw high low. That's a pretty good collection, meaning that you'll likely find a decent version of the four different categories that Super Slots offers.

Like blackjack and the slots beforehand, all of these come with a photo, little volatility bar, and let you see them all from Super Slots' website. Like them, everything looks pretty good and is a good selection for a website established in 2020.

What is Super Slots Video Poker?

There are three games of single-hand poker available on Super Slots. While that's not very great in the context of the website providing these types of experiences, it's still pretty good, again, considering that it was established just 2020.

In all, we have Jacks or Better Video Poker ($1 – $100), Jack or Better Video Poker, and Deuces Wild. That's only two unique games, although it is nice that Super Slots offers Jacks or Better version for people planning to bet between $1 and $100. 

Same with slots, video poker has a description, image, and volatility counter, letting you know that Jacks or Better is “one of the simplest and best paying video poker” games. There's not too much to say about this selection, except that, oddly, all three games are made by different developers. It's on the smaller end, although hopefully, Super Slots makes it a bit larger as they continue to expand alongside their BetOnline sister websites.

What is the Live Casino?

Finally, we have the Super Slots live casino. This is divided into two options: Black and Red. Pressing Black takes you to Super Slots' Fresh Deck Studios Live Lobby, where you can see (at my time) dozens of games. It's pretty surprising just how many are available through this portal.

Of course, this is another company (Fresh Deck Studios) property, meaning that you're likely sharing with hundreds of other people, although it's still quite excellent. You can view live games, taken and open spots, and tons of extra live slots. It's a pretty great experience overall, even if it's shared with other websites.

Moving over to Red, we're presented with six options: American Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, Classic Blackjack, Punto 2000, and Roulette. Unfortunately, I can't reasonably access the individuals to see if there are different games within these categories, although the Black section more than makes up for Red if it doesn't. Again, I don't know, though. Still, this is quite an impressive collection, and there aren't many things that I would improve on.

What is the Customer Service, and is it Safe/Legit?

Honestly, kind of disappointingly, Super Slots exclusively offers an email to contact ([email protected]). There's no phone service, live chat, message box, or anything of the like. It's exclusively email service, although Super Slots claims it's available 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

That's perfect timing. Although emails are generally much more likely to be messed up, things are harder to get across, and it can take a while to respond. Nonetheless, it doesn't stop you from getting your money or any solution. Unfortunately, Super Slots doesn't have any Trustpilot reviews (as the company's not that old), although it does fit most requirements in terms of safety/security.

The most obvious is that it's owned by the group that owns BetOnline. BetOnline has been around for quite a while, and the management team has had decades of experience. They're not going to throw it away now, especially considering how many regulatory aspects of online betting there are.

Super Slots' website (superslots.ag) is secured with an SSL certificate and has HTTPS encryption mentioned in its domain. In addition, there's an RNG Certified logo at the bottom, and the company has its Rules, Affiliate Program, Contact Us, Terms and Conditions, FAQ, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming pages listed at the bottom. That's an excellent sign for security, as companies that don't mention most of these generally have something to hide — unlike Super Slots.

How Do Other Reviews and Player's Opinions Differ?

They seem to agree that Super Slots has a few things going for it. With other reviews leaving scores of 90%, three 4.5/5 stars, and a 3.5/5, the reviews are pretty positive (the last one had complaints about payout speed for earnings).

There isn't too much information on how players feel, although it's generally positive where Super Slots is mentioned. After all, it was only established in 2020. It sometimes takes a while for a company to get going — even with the organization's backing of BetOnline around the corner.

Overall, things do look pretty good for Super Slots, and it's helped by a substantial selection of games, security, and a wide variety of payment options and withdrawal choices. A few issues are brought up here and there, but the consensus seems to be that the benefits outweigh the problems. You know, since that's generally how these companies end up with so many poor reviews — when people are mad, they need a place to vent. But, unfortunately, it's not the same when you're happy, meaning that Super Slots has no Trustpilot reviews to look at.

Conclusion

Super Slots is a good way for you to get into online betting/gaming/gaming, whether you're new to it or a seasoned veteran. However, I'd recommend that you go elsewhere if you're looking for sports betting, especially considering that it's not offered by the company. Then, of course, there's BetOnline, the associated company, which is probably why none of the group's other smaller options have sports betting.

Super Slots is an excellent option if you're looking for a wide slots selection, great table games, and a surprisingly sizeable third-party selection of live games. There's a lot of variety, quantity, and quality, even though (sorry for the repetition) Super Slots has only existed since 2020. Some companies have existed for longer and have had less to put out. Whether it's thanks to the several decades of management experiences, a framework to build from, or any other factors, Super Slots is years ahead, even being years behind.

There still are some gripes, though, with a lack of sportsbooks, some missing customer service options, some non-helpful descriptions, and a bit too much in common with its owning company's subsidiaries. Other than that, there's still enough for Super Slots to take its place out of existing and future gaming companies, even with it being as young as it is.
